Tips

More reviews on DealerRater

01
Ask after sales and service
Send the request after the delivery and after every service visit. Citypicked can do it automatically from your system.
02
On their own phone
DealerRater flags reviews that come from the same device or internet connection. So no tablet in the showroom, but a message for later.
03
Not your own staff
Anyone who works or worked in the last five years for a dealership or carmaker may not review, and neither may their family.
04
No rewards
DealerRater does not allow rewards for reviews. A friendly request at the right time is enough.
